In accordance with the Pakistan Citizenship Act, the birth of every minor child born to a Pakistani father or a Pakistani mother must be registered with the nearest Pakistani Embassy or Consulate within six months of the birth. |

- Complete Form-S
- 02 photographs of the child
- Notarized copy of the birth certificate of the child.
- Notarized copy of valid Father/Mother's Pakistani Passport and CNIC/NICOP.
- Fee (Only children up to the age of 1 Year)
