Children are not endorsed on Parent's Passports and need to apply for separate passports.

Fee and processing time:

Requirements:

• Submit Registration of birth form S-I.       (Visit Registration of Birth page)
• Complete Form-A .
• 4 current passport size photographs with front view and white background.
• Copy of birth certificate.
• Copy of father’s & mother’s Pakistani passport & NICOP/CNIC.
• NICOP application. (Visit NICOP page).
• Fee in the shape of money order or cashier’s check payable to the Consulate General of Pakistan. Personal checks are not acceptable and fees are non refundable.
• Proof of Residence like copy of state ID card or Driving License (The Houston Consulate’s consular jurisdiction is only for Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, New Mexico and Arkansas).
• Prepaid self addressed return envelope for applications sent by Fedex, UPS and Certified mail (US Postal Service is preferable).

Note:
Passport with one-year validity will be issued in the absence of NICOP/CNIC. The applicant must submit NICOP application with the passport application. The passport will be extended to full five years validity on obtaining NICOP without any further charge

It is strongly recommended that applications be mailed with tracking number. The Consulate would not be responsible if documents sent without tracking number are lost in the mail.
